This is our Glory that we celebrate this day as Republic Day of India every year on 26 January. 2022 we have celebrated the 73rd Republic Day of India. This is a gentle reminder of sacrifice and our Indian constitution came into effect on this day date 26 January in 1950. Our nation rejoicing as a national holiday. This is our prosperity that this day commemorate in heart of capital of India.

Why we celebrate the R day ?

This day mark as inception of written Indian Constitution.It announced as fully Sovereign Republic Nation.

Major differences between republic day and Independence Day.

1. R-Day : Our constitution is most longest written constitution in the world. On this day constitution came into force in 1950.

I-Day : Our nation got freedom from British ruler in 1947.

2. R-Day : It celebrated at the place of Rajpath in Delhi.

I-Day : It is celebrated on Lal Qila in Delhi.

3. R-Day : Our President unfurls the flag on this day. It means only flag open at the top and unfurl.

I-Day : Our Prime Minister hoists flag on this day. Flag hosting means flag takes off from the bottom up then hoisted.
